James and I went on a great 10 miler today and all I can say is...damn it was cold. The cold didn't bother me until we reached Peachtree downtown. It was a like a wind tunnel in Siberia. It just wouldn't stop. I thought we had a pretty good pace considering the cold. It was so cold that my water bottle cap froze. Crazy! James did a great job on his first ten miler.
Today was my last run until at least Friday. Hopefully the doctor will let me run at that time. Though I am not sure what his post op instructions will be.
Ok, off to bed.
