Thanks to James Pope for running with me this afternoon.  We had a great run and considering all of the hills, we had a very satisfying pace.  


It was a bit chilly, but not noticeable at all once we got moving.  We saw a lot of dog walkers and a few other runners.  Sunday seems to be the day to buy Christmas Trees, we saw several of those tied to tops of cars.  


We were only heckled once and that was by a fellow Frontrunner, Tom Jung.  Hopefully he was going home to rake his yard.


So training is coming along nicely.  I was very pleased with my run today and it really helps to have a friend run along on the longer runs.  Even though they have their earphones on!
