I did a short run tonight, mostly because I ate too many sweets today.  Karen gave me a box of Chocolatiere truffles and I had two of those.  I gave her some M&M's and I had 10 of those.  Ugh, the holidays.  My boss Susan gave me cute dessert plates and a bottle of Baileys (score) with glasses.


Ian and I leave at 7 in the morning for Vero Beach.  I have every intention of doing a 10 miler or more while I am there.  The weather is supposed to be in the 60's and 70's.  It may be raining, but that would make it more interesting.  I can't pass up the opportunity to run in prime conditions.  


I won't be posting til I return on Sunday.  I am leaving the Macbook at home.
