Nothing like the threat of heavy rain to get you motivated. I ran with Frontrunners tonight and you can see that my time was a considerable improvement over Monday and Tuesday. I ran sub 8 tonight and it felt great. Well, not so much great as relieved. I just looked at the map and the rain is just crossing the perimeter, just in time.
I didn't have to give the hand or the finger to anyone tonight. The motorists were being extra careful tonight for some reason.
Today, in the office, we had colleagues in the office from NY. Several of us were standing around my desk talking about my new blog and running the marathon. My boss is still not sold on 'boobies' and Stephanie, from NY, said she had no problem with breast euphemisms. Right at my desk she blurted out 'tits'. Susan cringed. Still, Running for Tits, makes me blush a little. I still think Boobies is the way to go. Ta Ta is over used.
No pictures tonight. I think I will take my iPhone on my next run so I can take a few pics of Christmas decorations. The moon was really pretty tonight, full. The clouds were rushing to obscure it, but I caught a glimpse of it once or twice.
Well, my eggs are cooling. Tuna salad again tonight, but I also have a homemade pecan pie that has to be eaten. Oh, and Glee is on tonight, my fav!
Peaceful Running!
