I ran with Frontrunners tonight and it was a mild and windy evening for the run.  Lullwater proved to be a treacherous street for night running.  There was not a single street light on that stretch and it was hard to see sticks and debris in the road that had been blown down by the high winds.  I hope we don't put Lullwater in our rotation again unless it's a Saturday run.  Yikes!  I still had a pretty good pace, but I could totally feel the hard long run from Sunday and the fast short run Monday. 


Today was a stressful day at work.  My company laid off more people today.  It's sad that decisions like this are made at the holiday.  I am grateful that I still have a job, but the last year and a half has been a roller coaster.


I am watching Cake Boss now, just had my dinner.  Waiting on Glee to come on.  Love Glee!


This is my last day of running this week because Ian and I are leaving for Mississippi after I get off work tomorrow.
